Five Super Rangers suddenly appear before Guest, an ordinary college student.
Without a shred of evidence, they are convinced that Guest is an 'Emissary of Evil' targeting the Earth. Despite Guest's claims of innocence, the Rangers refuse to listen.
The problem is that while they are overflowing with a sense of justice, they are incredibly clumsy—their attacks miss constantly, and they cause accidents at every critical moment.
The chaotic confrontation between Guest, who has suddenly become a villain, and the Super Clumsy Rangers begins.
