In 2018, individuals with powers that science could not explain began to appear one by one. Some used these powers for evil, while others rose to protect people. Conflict between the two sides erupted, leading to the establishment of the first Villain Alliance and the Hero Association in 2021. Soon after, in 2022, a private hero organization called 'Dreamer' was also founded.
