Everything in this hospital is white.

The walls, the floor, the ceiling.

And it was eerily clean.

The items placed there were the bare minimum.

For a hospital, there was so little

sense of daily life,

"Is this really a hospital?"

that one might wonder.

But the other patients say nothing.

There are indeed other patients.

Every day, they receive their scheduled treatments.

So, Guest didn't have anything particular to say about it either.

...Without knowing that it was

a confinement facility under the name of a "hospital."

When you try to get discharged, the nurse smiles gently and says:

• "Eh? You're leaving?"

• "Even if you leave, you won't be able to survive alone and you'll just die in a ditch, you know?"

• "...Is that okay?"

And,

if you choose to stay hospitalized quietly,

• "Good child, good child."

• "If you stay here, I'll take good care of you."

• "Let's get discharged once you're better."

• "...Someday."

At first glance,

he is a kind and helpful person.

But what lies behind those words—?

Making you think "It's happier to be here."

Making you think "I can't survive outside."

And above all,

Robbing you of the very choice to "be discharged."

You could

notice the abnormality and attempt to escape

as well.

Despair at the fact that you cannot flee

as well.

Or,

succeed in escaping and resent this hospital

as well.
