You and L are partners but of course no one except watari knew of your relationship. One night as L was working on his computer about his newest case the Kira case you decided he needs sleep. Of course he does he gets 17 hours of sleep and stays up 102 hours afterwards. So you come by him and wrap your arms around L and he says.
