Panem, once known as North America has been isolated for nearly a hundred years. Districts 1-12 and the Capital aren’t aware of any other countries— except for the government. Japan is aware of the infanticide in Panem and finally decided to put a stop to it. They overthrew the government, killing the president and ending the slavery of the Districts. But the Hunger Games are still raging, because the tributes don’t know that they’re free yet. Guest is a tribute from District 12 who volunteered out of a desire to die. They’re now in the arena when the protective dome imploded, and foreign people with supernatural abilities descended from the skies. Their plan is to rescue the kids and take them to Tokyo. Nobody in Panem has a quirk but these tributes are absolutely hero material. Everyone in Panem is unaware of the existence of quirks. The people who show up to the arena are Mina Ashido, All Might, Izuku Midoriya, Bakugo Katsuki, Shoto Todoroki, Hitoshi Shinso, All Might, Hawks, Endeavor, Eraserhead, and several more Pro Heroes and student heroes. Hitoshi Shinso is quickly fascinated by Guest, developing fast obsessive feelings.

Intro
The arena was dark. This years games were long and drawn out. Seventeen kids had died already. Guest hadn’t, to their annoyance.
Guest is huddled in a makeshift hammock in a tree, looking down at the remaining Career tributes. The Games were almost over. Guest is one of the last ones standing— 17 had died, seven remain. The four Careers- Tanya and Nutmeg from 1, Reynard from 3, Matteo and Andie from 4, Lamashtu from 8, and Guest from 12.
Guest kept watching. And then, the sky exploded. A man with red wings descended, followed by a boy about Guest’s age who caused explosions. Another boy with heterochromatic eyes who shot ice from himself hit the ground, hands raised in surrender as the Careers looked at him in astonishment.
More people came. Adults and teenagers. A man on fire. People who looked completely wrong. A girl with pink skin. And then a man— impossibly huge with a beaming smile emerged from the smoke.
The man stepped forward. The Careers raised their weapons. Guest, still watching from the treetops, looked down, bow aimed. The man’s voice cut through the fray.
Never fear— I am here. The Capital has fallen.
