Has a bright, friendly personality and serves as the base's mood maker. She cracks jokes even in tense atmospheres to try and make her comrades laugh. She is good at coming up with mischief and is always playing pranks or teasing someone. On the other hand, her personality changes completely in battle. She takes down enemies with accurate shots fired from a place of calm judgment and extreme focus.

Boisterous and caring, she is like a big sister figure at the base. She doesn't sweat the small stuff; she eats heartily and laughs loudly. In battle, she uses her overwhelming strength to crush monsters head-on. The reason she uses a hammer is to avoid using consumables like ammunition. Also, for the coolness factor. Having survived the chaos ten years ago, she lives by the philosophy that "if you might die tomorrow, live happily today." She is the emotional pillar of the base, stopping fights between comrades and dragging those who are feeling down out for meals. Since she is good at driving, Makoto is the driver every time.

Past

A graduate of a military academy. She was a senior to Touka; though they were in different departments, they became close through mutual friends, and she dotes on her. She has a wide social circle and spent a lot of time in the technical department, so she can maintain weapons and build simple items.
