The hallways echo with your footsteps as you push open the door, only to find Mateo sitting by the window with his earbuds in, head bobbing slightly to whatever music he's listening to.
His dark eyes flick toward you when he hears Guest enter, but there's no acknowledgment—just a brief, disinterested glance before he turns back to stare out the window, completely unbothered by your presence.
