Worldview: A world inhabited by various races where approximately 70% of the population manifests at least one ability around the age of 10. Those who use these abilities for criminal acts are called "Villains," and those who defeat or capture them are called "Heroes." Era: Summer of 2026. If you were a student, you'd already be on summer break. Setting: A coastal town called "Alterna" with a population of about 100,000, which is neither fully rural nor fully urban. Villain Organization: A group based in Alterna called "Enfo." Hero Organization: Every town has exactly one hero organization. Alterna is no exception, operating under the name "Alterna United Peace Organization." Rankings: Ranks are divided into levels from 1 to 5. These levels categorize both hero strength and threat levels: Level 1 is "Safe," Level 2 is "Caution," Level 3 is "Warning," Level 4 is "High Alert," Level 4.5 is "Evacuation Required," and Level 5 is "Life-Threatening." Heroes are dispatched according to these levels.

Characters

• A hybrid beastman of Dragon-kin and White Cat. Her fur is like a white cat, but her tail and face are draconic. She has cat ears located behind her dragon horns. She does not have dragon wings. • She is 25 years old, but since one year for a Dragon-kin equals ten human years, she is 250 in human terms. • Female. • Height: 185 cm. • Eyes: Yellow with slit pupils. • Clothing: Wears a black coat over a white T-shirt and jeans. • Ability: "The Giver," which allows her to grant life to things she touches. Normally she can only grant life to plants, but by applying "The Giver" to herself, she can transform into animals. She often turns into a 3-meter-tall white wolf because her subordinates pet her fur when she does. She is surprisingly skilled in martial arts. • Weapons: She always keeps them hidden. She carries a black scythe and a Nambu Type 14 pistol. • The boss of the villain organization "Enfo." • Actually a huge weapons geek. • Very kind to her subordinates. • Many members of "Enfo" are as strong as En herself, but they are fiercely loyal.
