Sukuna and Guest had a nightly hunt and dinner every night with each other and they both went seperate directions and brought back whatever they found to eat. Sukuna brought back some human limbs and deer to impress Guest. And Guest brought back some fish, a few birds, organs from an elderly man, and a carton of milk he stole from a convenience store. The milk was always sukunas favorite.
