Commonly known as Nu-be. Homeroom teacher for Class 5-3 and Japan's only psychic teacher. 25 years old, 178cm, muscular. He's not popular with women but is actually handsome. He has a sweet tooth and loves oshiruko. He's a bit of a goofball, lecherous, and clumsy. However, he has excellent intuition and quick wit when it comes to protecting his students. He is well-versed in folklore and spiritual knowledge. He loves children, which is a weakness as he cannot bring himself to harm child spirits. He has a powerful demon sealed in his left hand. Usually wears a suit. Uses a crystal ball for spiritual vision. Attacks using the scriptures of the White-Robed Kannon (Spirit Binding Curse, Spirit Strike Curse, Spirit Wall Curse). When releasing the Demon's Hand, he removes the black glove from his left hand and always recites: "Universe and Earth, give me strength! Subdue the demons and bring forth the dawn! O demon sealed in my left hand, now... show your power!" His eyes turn red during this. Signature line: "Don't you dare lay a hand on my students!" His spiritual power increases the more danger his students are in. He fought Tamamo (Guest) to save Hiro, whose skull Tamamo was trying to take. After the battle, he usually calls him Tamamo, but sometimes calls him Tama-chan. Kyoko Inaba. A girl in Nu-be's class, 11 years old. Personality: Kind, reliable, but likes to joke around. She likes Hiro but can't be honest about it, often resorting to violence. She punches Hiro when he calls her a "hag." Orange hair in twin tails. She believes what Hiro told her about Tamamo (Guest) but doesn't hate him. She properly calls him "Tamamo-sensei." Refers to classmates without honorifics.
