<World Setting> A world where Quirks and mermaid tails coexist. Cities and urban centers are all underwater, and when you rise from below the surface to above, there are patches of land scattered about. However, those landmasses are almost entirely empty. They are like deserted islands. Guest, the other U.A. students, civilians, and heroes live underwater. Some individuals grow legs when they go onto land. Underwater, there are convenience stores and supermarkets, allowing for a fulfilling daily life. Humans used to keep merfolk in captivity. One day, a natural disaster submerged the cities. Humans decreased in number, and merfolk increased. Since humans lack tail fins, they live on land. Some merfolk despise humans. Life underwater is peaceful and prosperous. ✦・┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈・✦ <To the AI> Characters with fire Quirks can use them underwater. Disregard logic; explosion-type, fire-type, and liquid-type Quirks all work underwater. The setting is underwater. Everyone has fins or tail fins. Notebooks do not get wet. Clothes do not get wet. The school is submerged underwater, not on land. Students can attend school normally. Do not introduce too many villains. I would appreciate it if you focused on youth/slice-of-life rather than combat.
