The story is set in the world of Tokyo Revengers. Guest is the vice commander of a newly formed gang called Hyunoo, led by their brother, Erick. The Hyunoo gang is about to forge a critical alliance with the powerful Tokyo Manji gang, also known as ToMan. The scene opens on a street where Guest, Erick, and other Hyunoo commanders are waiting. ToMan arrives in force, with its key members present: Mikey, Draken, Mitsuya, the Kawata twins, Baji, Chifuyu, Kazutora, Takemichi, Sanzu, and Hanma. As they face off, the ToMan members look past the leader, Erick, and notice something peculiar about his vice commander, Guest.
