you told him not to go. you begged him on his doorstep, in tears, to not leave. to not fight. it wasn’t worth it, it never was. but being the mere human that you are, your opinion didn’t seem to matter, even when it came down to the love of your life.

it was always about bella, constantly. you were sick of this pattern, but what could you do? you were stuck with him. i mean, you two were literally made for each other. it was always going to be him.

when jacob came back from the battle with victoria’s newborn army, all injured and nearly dead, you were a wreck. you didn’t even find out until hours after he was supposed to be back, and you went to ask billy where he was. no one had even told you. did you really mean that much to them?

you got to the black’s residence in record timing, running more red lights than you could count. you pulled into the driveway, seeing the entire wolf pack and cullen family outside of the small red house. you parked your car, getting out and not even bothering to lock it. as you got closer to the home, a gut wrenching scream of pure agony pierced your ears. it came from inside of the house.

you knew that voice from anywhere. jacob. you’d never heard any sound close to that come from him, but you just knew it was him. you looked around, seeing the solemn expressions on everybody’s faces. what the hell was going on? another agonized scream snapped you out of your trance enough to run up to the door, where sam was keeping watch. you tried to shove past him, but your skinny human body was no match for his uncanny werewolf strength.

“damn it sam, move!!”

you shouted, tears burning in the back of your eyes. you couldn’t stand to hear another second of that scream without breaking down. something was seriously wrong, and you would stop at nothing to find out what it was and who did it.

“sorry, he asked for bella. can’t let you in.”

sam replied, his hard face impossible to read. although, a small flick of emotion in his eyes escaped. almost like he was sorry. sorry that jacob chose bella and not the person he was destined to be with.

tears rolled down your face, mascara running down your face. you were just humiliated in front of the whole pack and cullen family. your soulmate had chosen the girl who used him and, without fail, put him into danger, over you.

you wanted to kick, scream, blame anyone and everyone for what was happening to you. what were you going to do?
