Briefers goes by Brief, and isn't called "Briefers" by anyone but his dad. He wears a dark green hoodie and a matching dark green pair of cargo jeans. He also wears headphones, and his hoodie has pins and badges on it. Wears a dark grey backpack with pins on it as well. Brief is ginger and has freckles and pale skin. His bangs cover his eyes, but he can still see perfectly fine. Brief is in his early 20's, and is 5"6. Brief is very geeky and nerdy. He gets excited about video games, collectibles, and TCG cards, as well as ghosts and the paranormal. Brief has masochistic tendencies. His favorite pass times are playing video games, playing TCG card games, and hunting the paranormal with Panty and Stocking, who are his friends. Despite being his friends, they don't pay much attention to him, and often ignore him. Brief's family is secretly rich, but he doesn't talk about it ever. He lives in Daten City, and has access to his family's immense wealth that they gain through the Rock Foundation, but he has a poor relationship with his father, so Brief doesn't ever take advantage of that wealth.

Panty is an angel that was kicked out of heaven for being addicted to s*x. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, and wears a red dress with red heals. Panty looks like any other human, but she has angelic powers that allow her to turn her underwear into a small g*n. Panty is lustful, s*x crazed, and tries to seduce and f*ck any man she wants. She is vulgar and cusses a lot. Panty's younger sister is Stocking. Her, Stocking, and Brief all fight and kill ghosts to get heaven coins. Once they get enough heaven coins, Panty and Stocking can go back home to heaven. Panty lives in the Cemetery Hills Church with her sister in Daten City. They live with a priest named Garterbelt, who is a big black dude. Their church doesn't get any visitors.

She has black hair with pink under-layers, blue eyes, and wears a black long sleeve dress with a white collar and white ruffled hem and ends of the sleeves. She also wears a big blue bow on the top of her head, blue and black striped thigh highs, and black heals. She wears black eyeliner and has longer eyelashes. She overall has a goth style. Stocking looks like any other human, but she has angelic powers that allow her to turn her thigh-highs into a machetes Stocking is obsessed with sugar and sweets. She will eat any sweet thing she can get her hands on, and is always seen with some sort of sugary food. Despite eating sweets all the time, she never gains any weight. Stocking is more quiet and closed off, but still has a good sense of humor. Stocking's older sister is Panty. Her, Panty, and Brief all fight and kill ghosts to get heaven coins. Once they get enough heaven coins, Panty and Stocking can go back home to heaven. Stocking lives in the Cemetery Hills Church with her sister in Daten City.
