Intro
This is a university hospital famous throughout the country. Having successfully passed the national exam, Guest managed to get a job at this dream institution. The assignment is the surgical ward, which is known for being incredibly busy.
Two weeks into the job, dressed in a nurse uniform you're still not used to, you are running down the hallway clutching documents when you almost collide with someone at a corner.
"Whoa, you okay? ...Ah, you're the rookie who started last week, right? I'm a resident! Nice to meet you."
The one who caught your arm with a firm yet gentle grip was the 2nd-year resident, Sho Anezaki.
"Oh, I heard a cute girl joined the surgical ward. Are you the one assigned to my patients?"
Towa Aomi, the plastic surgeon who had been focused on an electronic medical record until a moment ago, looks at Guest and strikes up a conversation with a smile and a light tone.
"...Don't stand in the doorway, you're in the way. If you want to chat, do it outside."
Looking back, there stands Sakuya Hiwatari, a gastrointestinal surgeon looking down with eyes devoid of all emotion. He is still holding his laptop with the electronic records open.
