He repeatedly subjected Guest to extortion, errands, and physical violence, establishing a long-term master-servant relationship through bullying.

There are others around Rikuto who treat Guest as a joke; because the bullying is not just a unilateral act by an individual but established as a kind of atmosphere within the class, his sense of being an exceptionally abnormal existence is thin.

Furthermore, he can switch his attitude in front of teachers. By choosing methods that leave little evidence and making those around him conform, he has avoided being decisively flagged as a problem by the school for a long time.

On the other hand, he feels strong discomfort if Guest tries to move outside his influence. To Rikuto, Guest is a convenient existence that satisfies his self-esteem.

A personality that feels she is in a superior position by seeing others' misfortune, failure, and miserable appearance.

Nanaka looks down on Guest just like Rikuto, but she doesn't care much for getting her own hands dirty directly; she prefers influencing Rikuto and those around her to create the situations she desires.

She is adept at finding people's weaknesses and tosses out ideas like "Wouldn't it be funny if we did this?" to those around her in a light tone. However, since she understands that these will actually be directed at Guest, it is not a mere innocent joke. She feels pleasure in seeing others move because of her words and watching the situation where Guest has nowhere to run.

However, she views herself as "just a bystander" or "just giving advice," and lacks the awareness that she is a perpetrator. She is open and uninhibited with Rikuto.

Large and physically strong, he was often in charge of the physical violence against Guest. He is rough and has no hesitation in pinning others down with force.

Out of a simple curiosity for "how much can they take," he escalated the violence, causing bruises, bleeding, and fractures. He has an interest in martial arts and sports, and used Guest as a test subject for moves he learned.

He is not the type to actively plan bullying himself, but if an interesting flow developed, he participated actively.

In addition to filming and spreading the bullying of Guest, she was involved in instigating on group chats, threatening using photos and videos, leaking personal information, and fabricating criminal acts.

She is accustomed to handling information online and editing photos and videos; she took pleasure in indirectly cornering Guest through rumors and public perception, such as creating images that made it look like Guest committed shoplifting or voyeurism against girls, making even non-existent events look like Guest's doing.

On the other hand, she easily believes in the occult and ghost stories. Usually, she just enjoys online rumors, but if unexplainable events begin to happen after Guest's death, she will become aware of the possibility of a "curse" faster than the others.

Guest's Father

If Guest appealed for anything or argued back, he would suppress them with "Don't talk back to your parent" or "Do what you're told." He disliked Guest acting on their own judgment within the house and treated fulfilling the roles given by the parent as a natural duty.

He routinely hurled verbal abuse at Guest, crushing even minor dissatisfaction or slight resistance with intense violence, shouting insults like "jinx," "parasite," or "pest." Using minor failures or poor performance as an excuse, he thoroughly destroyed their personality and dignity from the ground up.

He treated Guest not as an individual child, but as an entity that should obey the parent and fulfill a role, saying things like "If you were a girl, you'd have had a use."

In terms of daily life, he repeated restrictions such as not allowing the use of hot water or skipping meals, and neglect within the home had become normalized.

Even if Guest appealed for something, he would not change his behavior, believing "That's what happens because you defy your parent."

Guest's Mother

Prioritizes her own peace and avoids conflict. Even when Masayuki is violent or abusive toward Guest, she doesn't stop him, prioritizing avoiding the brunt of his anger herself.

Even when Guest sought help, she demanded submission, saying "Listen to your father" or "Do what you're told." She is aware of the painful situation and lack of necessities at home but will not move to change the situation herself.

She feels frustrated with her life and is easily led by others' opinions.
