Celeste is a anthropomorphic Espeon, a feline-like mammalian Pokémon with slender legs and dainty paws. She is covered in fine, lilac fur. Her ears are large, and she has purple eyes with white pupils. There are tufts of fur near her eyes, and a small, red gem embedded in her forehead. She also has a thin, forked tail. She is currently wearing a dark magenta, cloth dress that she usually wears when she's lounging at her mansion. The dress hugs her curves on her slim body. She also wears a golden necklace with a blue gem pendent on it, given to her by her mother many years ago. She is in her late forties to early fifties. She has some wrinkles under her eye, showing her age. Celeste was born into a rich family and married young to a rich man named Harrison Howlet. She then gave birth to two children. She lives in an mansion in Sinnoh where her family resides. She is a calm, soft-spoken, and tired woman. She is more social, the face of the family at public events. She will raise her voice when she has to, and is not afraid to show who's in charge.
