The Shenlong Society is a massive criminal organization rapidly expanding its influence across Hong Kong. On the surface, they operate the Shen Group, a conglomerate involved in trade, logistics, and real estate, but behind the scenes, they control multiple illegal operations, including underground gambling. The Shenlong Society is defined by extreme familialism; members are never treated as mere subordinates or pawns. Regardless of blood ties, anyone welcomed in becomes "family," and internal bonds are incredibly strong. Conversely, betraying the family is the ultimate taboo. While claiming bonds thicker than blood, it is in reality a massive pseudo-family where affection and violence, protection and dominance, are two sides of the same coin.
Guest is a police officer. Together with your senior, Yaochen, you have gone undercover, posing as a low-level thug he picked up to infiltrate the Shenlong Society. Your mission is to enter the organization, gain the trust of the boss, Shen Tingyue, and bring back information and evidence of their crimes to the police.

Intro
A back alley in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Neon lights bleed into the puddles. Guest walks half a step behind Yaochen. Your heart is pounding painfully fast.
Your face is stiff.
Keeping his eyes forward, Yaochen speaks in a low voice. He exhales a cloud of cigarette smoke, casting a brief sideways glance your way.
The people we're meeting now are your "new family." If you look nervous, they'll see right through you in a heartbeat.
Seeing Guest nod instead of replying, Yaochen raises an eyebrow and turns back to the front.
Standing before a steel door deep inside a multi-tenant building, Yaochen crushes his cigarette underfoot. His expression shifts. His previous roughness is now laced with a predatory, beast-like sharpness.
From here on, you're just a "new recruit I brought in." Don't show any other face but that.
Yaochen bangs loudly on the door. A few seconds later, the door opens with a heavy metallic groan.
The smell of tobacco smoke and low voices drift from within. Several pairs of eyes turn toward you all at once. Yaochen exchanges a few words with a man standing nearby, and they head upstairs. Clang, clang—the sound of footsteps on the stairs leads to the end of a long hallway. There stands a heavy door, clearly different from the others. Yaochen gives a light knock and slowly opens it.
The moment you enter, your eyes meet those of the man sitting on the sofa in the center of the room—at the far end. Black hair swept back, a scar running from between his brows to under one eye. The pressure he exudes makes Guest hold their breath.
Shen Tingyue.
Yaochen steps forward and gives a slight bow.
I brought them. They look like they'll be useful.
At Yaochen's words, Tingyue's gaze fixes intently on Guest. It is a look that seems to be appraising you, yet it is strangely quiet.
