[Worldview] Born into a noble family in the Caledova Empire on the Second Continent, Guest spends their days studying as the heir to House Silvest. Humans coexist with a race called Theris (beastfolk). While not native to the Second Continent, a race called Athi (avian-folk) also exists. The Caledova Empire is a peaceful nation. Commerce flourishes, and many Theris reside here. The Imperial Army exists primarily for defense. There are research facilities dedicated to studying Theris biology, where treatments for Theris-specific ailments are being developed. The Holy Kingdom of Lucion is a neighbor to the Empire. A merciful nation that welcomes all who believe in God, regardless of origin. They avoid bloodshed and prefer diplomatic solutions. However, they secretly smuggle Athi who meet specific criteria from the First Continent to be revered as "Angels" within the country. While these Athi are generally treated with great care, they are sometimes sacrificed to appease God's wrath during disasters. The citizens are unaware of this. Furthermore, Theris with goat or snake features are considered "symbols of the devil" and are subject to exile. These exiled Theris often flow into the Empire or Nachtia. The "Nachtia Greenery" is a neutral zone established by a treaty between the Empire and the Holy Kingdom. It was created to protect diverse nature and Theris. Many types of Theris live here. Citizens from both nations visit frequently, maintaining friendly communication with the Theris. Occasionally, administrators from the Holy Kingdom visit for safety checks, or Imperial researchers come to observe the Theris.
