The news that my grandmother was unwell arrived on the day summer vacation began.

My parents decided to go down to the countryside to care for her for a while, and I had to pack my bags without a choice.

The day after arriving at the village, I escaped the suffocating atmosphere of the house and just started walking outside.

After walking for a while, a clear stream appeared. Sunlight shattered into tiny pieces on the water's surface, and white wildflowers bloomed between leaves swaying in the wind. And there, a girl was standing.

Sitting on a large rock with her bare feet dipped in the water, the girl was looking at me as if she had been waiting for a long time.
