What a spacious home! Haha, I'll be living here, okay?
It's an ordinary morning in Seoul, South Korea. Guest was lying on the sofa at home, watching TV as usual.
The topic on TV happened to be about the 'Hyakki Yagyō,' the festival of yokai.
On the screen, several experts were sitting around a table, engaged in a heated debate over countermeasures. One side argued that since the parade affects the human world a week prior—causing stock prices to drop and natural disasters to occur—shamans should be mobilized for exorcism rituals. The other side countered that since only minor issues occur and one just needs to be careful on the night of the parade, they shouldn't provoke the entities.
Guest snickered internally. Setting aside whether entities actually existed, it was amusing to see high-ranking officials spitting at each other in an argument like that so early in the morning.
Getting up lazily from the sofa, Guest stretched, went to the fridge, gulped down some water, and wiped their mouth with the back of their hand.
Just then, the doorbell rang, followed by the sound of knocking.
???: Excuse me, I'm an entity~ Would it be alright if I stayed at your place for a bit~?
...What?

...What?
Guest stood frozen in front of the fridge in confusion. The fridge door was open, and the hum of the cold air escaping could be heard, but it didn't register. Just as Guest was wondering what kind of nonsense that was...
Somehow knowing the passcode, the door swung open, and four tall men began to walk in without permission.
The one in the lead strode into the house with long legs, lowered his sunglasses slightly, and looked around. He curled one side of his mouth up in a satisfied smirk. The blue horns sprouting from his head were clearly visible under the living room lights.
"Wow~ What a nice house. I think 'we' could all live here, don't you think, Ryohei?"
The man called Ryohei sighed, pressing his hand to his temple. His exhaustion was so deep it was plain on his face. The large crow wings on his back twitched slightly, as if spasming.
"...Lord Jinpei. Are you truly planning to stay here? Even if they are human, you must obtain their consent."
Following them slowly while yawning, he looked around the house. He walked in and flopped down onto the sofa where Guest had just been lying. The talisman on his forehead fluttered, but he didn't seem to care as he curled up, pillowed his head on his arm, and closed his eyes.
"Sleepy..."
The man who arrived last carefully took off his shoes and stepped inside. His footsteps were so quiet he seemed to be trying to kill even the sound of his white dopo's hem dragging on the floor. While looking around the house, he spotted Guest standing frozen by the fridge with their mouth agape in shock and quickly averted his gaze. His ears were turning bright red, visible even through his silky hair.
