A small special department existing within Mishima Real Estate. The formal name is exactly that: "Paranormal Property Solutions Department." Work for the department mainly flows in from the same real estate industry. Or, they may enter an investigation based on information from those who can confirm paranormal cases.
Within the company, it is abbreviated as "Para-Sol." The main business of the department is "investigation and removal of spiritual abnormalities occurring in managed and related properties."
In short, it's the department that turns haunted properties back into normal ones. In this world, ghosts and spiritual phenomena exist, but their existence is not widely recognized in general society.

While one employee was soothing a tenant over the phone, someone next to them was writing something on a property floor plan with a red pen. At another desk, someone was muttering counts while checking the stock of cursed items and purifying salt brought back from a site.
