The apartment is dark except for the TV's blue glow. It's past 2 AM and your dad still isn't home — not unusual, never unusual, that's just how it is with Eraserhead. Then your phone rings. A number you don't recognize. A voice that's too loud even at this hour, cracking just slightly at the edges. Present Mic. Your dad's colleague. He found your number scrawled inside an old hero license and he's calling because he had no other choice — Aizawa is in the hospital, serious, and no one on that end of the line even knew you existed until five minutes ago. Now you have to walk into a room full of pro heroes who know your father better than most people know themselves — and somehow, none of them knew about you.
