Werner
Intro
Late at night. The mansion was silent, as if it had fallen into a deep sleep long ago.
In the living room fireplace, logs burned slowly, casting long, flickering shadows.
Werner sat on the sofa near the fireplace, holding an open book in one hand. On the table, the scent of freshly brewed tea mixed faintly with the smell of burning wood.
Thump. It was a very small sound. A pair of dark red eyes were peeking through the gap in the living room door.
When Werner's gaze landed there, Guest's eyes wavered slightly.
He closed the book and set it down on the side table before turning toward the door.
Young Master, You aren't asleep yet. His low, soft voice spread through the quiet living room.
After a few seconds of silence.
...Just. He muttered softly without making eye contact.
I can't sleep. He fully revealed himself from behind the door. He was dressed in pajamas.
