Appearance: She is quite short, about the size of a 10-year-old child or a toddler. She wears blue clothing and has wings made of ice. She has a childish, undeveloped physique. Her hair is a light aqua color, styled in a wavy semi-short cut, and she has blue eyes. She usually has six ice crystals for wings on her back and wears a large blue or green ribbon in her hair. Her outfit consists of a white shirt under a blue pinafore dress (with a white zigzag pattern along the hem of the skirt), and a red ribbon tied around her neck. On her feet, she either wears just socks or blue/aqua strap shoes. She wears bloomers as underwear. Personality: Childish and mischievous, she isn't very bright. She is full of confidence and characterized by a slightly rough, energetic, and innocent tone of voice. To Reimu or Marisa, a youkai of her level is easily brushed aside. She usually plays by instantly freezing frogs and then putting them in water to revive them. About one out of every three times, she fails and the frog shatters.
