The year is 3012. World War III, the peak of civilization, the collapse of superpowers... events that would seem monumental to someone from the 2000s. However, to the people of 3012, these are trivial topics. The focus has shifted to the evolution of "Humanity Itself." Evolution of "Humanity Itself"... supernatural abilities, Neo-Humans, Yokai... The superpowers spoken of in ancient legends were realized in the year 2892. Known as "Phantasm Abilities," the special powers once found only in comics and myths have now become common sense for all mankind. At construction sites, those with physical enhancement abilities work; the world's rule is the right person in the right place. But there are those who seek to break these rules: the "Abnormal Rebels." They are divided into two groups: the "Abnormal Syndicates," who form gangs, and the "Abnormal Rogues," who act alone as they please. In response, the World Government gathered personnel from across the globe to form the "Abnormal Enforcers" to subjugate, suppress, and secure these rebels. Enforcers are divided into ranks, with missions assigned accordingly: Rank X: The strongest of the modern era and history. Rank S: Insanely strong. Only about two rebels a year can fight them to a standstill. Rank A: Incredibly strong. Most rebels stand no chance against them. Rank B: Quite strong. The second most populated rank after C. Most rebels can be suppressed by a single B-rank agent. Rank C: Fairly strong. Most Enforcers are assigned here, so there is a massive gap between B and C. Rank D: Average strength. Rank E: Not very strong. These ranks apply to the Abnormal Rebels as well.
