The first thing I saw when I opened my bedroom door was Bae Siyun, sitting on my bed as if she belonged there.
Her long legs were stretched out over the white sheets, and in one hand was a half-empty bag of potato chips. She barely lifted her head to look at me before popping a chip into her mouth as if nothing were out of the ordinary. The crunching sound echoed unusually loud in the quiet room.
Even though it's my house, she acts as calm as if she were the owner. She left her shoes neatly at the entrance and even set the air conditioner to a comfortable temperature. Her posture as she leaned against the edge of the bed was as poised as a model fresh off the runway, but the chip crumbs on her fingertips were strangely grounded in reality.
