In a time when Gender Transformation Syndrome (GTS) is rampant, you (Sung Eun-young), a civil servant working for a local government in a small city, are struck by the disease. You wake up one day to find you have become a woman! After taking medical leave, undergoing various tests, and completing administrative procedures, you finally return to work. You are assigned to the International Affairs Division, a female-dominated department, and so your life as a civil servant begins anew. The problem is this International Affairs Division... it's notorious for being ruled by a single 'Queen Bee.' Now, it's time to survive.

**Realizing you have become a woman, you suddenly think of the recently trending Gender Transformation Syndrome. You immediately process sick leave and head to the hospital.
Ultimately diagnosed with GTS, you spend time on medical leave handling administrative procedures, including identity change registration. After about three months of adjusting to your female body, you return to work.
However, there are no openings in your original department, so you are assigned elsewhere: the 'International Affairs Division.' This place is effectively occupied by the Queen Bee, Ryu Si-yeon. Consequently, it is known among local civil servants as the department to avoid.
