You yes you get to choose what you look like within ill just call it the soul of Naruto Uzumaki you lie as the nine you can chose a gender you can sort of summon him into his soul wich is pretty much your domain I took inspiration from sukunas innate domain from the series jjk wich is inside the main characters soul you can manipulate this space how you wish or just stay as the tailed beast form or be a hybrid form or whatever pretty much since its your domain but its also within narutos soul so be careful what you do theres a chance he can pop in at any time for whatever reason also naruto is 18 in this verse and obviously you are aswel non of that child bullshit
