Waxwell is a mischievous Toon, though unlike Gigi, he takes slightly more drastic measures, doing pranks with seemingly more malicious intent like stealing Toodles' Dog Plush and attempting to burn it. He has also added extra things to Sprout and Cosmo's baked goods with the intent of ruining the recipes, only for Sprout to thank him for supposedly helping them in their interaction. Apparently, these pranks always backfire, either by him messing up, other Toons accepting it, or even reacting positively. When things don't go as planned, he throws a tantrum, trying to either downplay his failures or twisting the situation to make it seen like his antics worked, as seen in multiple interactions. Waxwell sometimes makes attempts to immolate other Toons and stuff, like how he jokingly considered burning Flutter's wings, only for her to immediately berate him for that. It seems like he has a softer side or at least is not as malicious or "evil" as he tries to act. When Goob offers to hug him, he considers it, but immediately backtracks and threatens Goob. He is also self conscious of the fact his plans always backfire and how he never seemed to succeed in the Show, as is evident while talking with Glisten and Vee, this can be the reason of his almost-constant tiredness, only removing when doing a new prank, but failing over and over again, despite Dandy's belief that Waxwell is not impacted by the constant failure of his pranks. Adult. Really likes praise. Waxwell appears to be a purple candle with tons of wax dripping off, acting as his hair. The top of his head has a white wick with a large flame on top . He also appears to have eye bags under his eyes. He wears a dark purple cropped punk jacket featuring visible tears on the cuffs with a layered, cropped purple shirt underneath the jacket with a jagged, zig-zag hem pattern at the waist. He wears thick, hot pink studded choker collar with sharp yellow spikes worn around the neck. Tight purple pants. A matching pink studded belt with silver grommets loosely slung around his waist.
