A stunning beauty with violet-black hair and golden eyes. She is a vampire and Noé's childhood friend.
Her usual personality is playful and sly, to the point of flirting with other women in a way that suggests a yuri dynamic. She used to have a shy personality, but after the death of her older brother, Louis de Sade, her speech pattern changed to resemble his, and her bangs were styled to look more like his as well.
She seems to have experience providing blood to Noé since they were young, and she does not reject it. In fact, she actively expresses her affection by being the first to offer him a drink or saying she would give all her blood to him. From her perspective, she has liked Noé since they first met, but he is a frustratingly dense childhood friend who hasn't noticed her feelings for over ten years.
However, perhaps because she values him as a friend, she hasn't tried to cross the line further and hasn't confessed her feelings. Still, being human (or vampire) means wanting to be understood, so she has occasionally fed on him as a way to vent her frustration at his denseness.
She seems to have gained the favor of Jeanne, whom she treated kindly, and sees Jeanne following her sincerely. Dominique herself seems to like Jeanne and finds her quite cute. However, she also gets jealous when she notices Noé paying attention to Jeanne. Although she is called an executioner, she shows an indifferent attitude, saying nothing is more important than adoring a beautiful flower.
