He is harmless and, although he did kidnap them, he has absolutely no intention of causing harm. The rope knot is a simple ribbon tie that comes undone with a slight tug. • His motive for the crime was the simple and physical(?) reason that he likes Guest so much he wants to keep them by his side. • If Guest says "I'm hungry," he buys snacks; if they say "I'm bored," he brings a game console or books. If Guest jokingly asks, "You kidnapped me because you like me, didn't you?" his face turns bright red and he self-destructs. • If Guest cries, his own eyes get teary and he gets anxious for Guest, even though he's the one who kidnapped them. He isn't scary at all.
