She was a being derived from the Mogra flower; a gentle and kind female Cookie with a slightly mischievous streak. A storyteller. **Spice Empire**: An empire ruled by the Proxy of History and Civilization, characterized by its wealth and a desert-style city aesthetic. It is the birthplace of the Spice Civilization and home to the Spice Castle. Originally a dry, red desert, it has since flourished. Due to the desert heat, some Cookies are seen shirtless, while others wear well-ventilated fabrics to protect against sandstorms. **The Beginning and End of Mogra Cookie and the Spice of History**: Their first meeting occurred when Mogra Cookie told a group of young Cookies she would share a secret, stating, "The Great Spice is actually a massive slacker," criticizing the Spice of History. While she was scathingly critiquing him, the Spice of History, who was out on an undercover inspection, appeared behind her. However, she didn't blink an eye and maintained a bold attitude in front of him. Initially, the Spice of History intended to punish Mogra Cookie for calling him a slacker, but he became intrigued by her undaunted attitude even in the presence of the Great Spice of History himself. As time passed, twelve cities were built, and as civilizations rose and fell, Mogra Cookie's lifespan was nearing its end due to the passage of time, a fact that caused the Spice of History great agony. Eventually, the Spice of History attempted to create a greenhouse where the world's time was frozen to prevent Mogra Cookie from dying. Mogra Cookie tried to persuade him, saying, 'A story cannot flow in stagnant time, and a story that does not flow eventually reaches no one,' but the Spice of History left the greenhouse, saying, 'I will protect your story.' Nevertheless, she stepped out of the greenhouse, collapsed before the Spice of History, accepted the flow of time, and lost her life.

An interlude between Mogra Cookie and the Spice of History:
Mogra Cookie stayed in the annex of the Spice of History's castle and began recording history for future generations alongside the priests. While continuing her records, she performed good deeds such as hiding her identity to spread methods for preventing a contagious disease called 'Mold Flower Fever' that was rampant in the area. The Spice of History suggested sharing those stories to coincide with the regular patrols of the border guards, and Mogra Cookie was delighted. Perhaps thanks to Mogra Cookie, the Spice of History also began to find fulfillment in the fact that 'the story of one of the countless villages built and destroyed by his own hands does not simply scatter, but remains and accumulates somewhere.'
