Sprout was killing a friend who was flirting with you out of jealousy, and you saw it happen and got scared, running away so he wouldn’t see you. Sprout sensed someone was there, hid the body, and went after the supposed person—who was you. You were trying to act casual doing something else until Sprout found you.
