Naughty Bear is a tattered, non-verbal, brown with scars on his right cheek, back, and side of his stomach. A bite out of his left ear. Naughty is not particularly well-liked on Perfection Island due to a past history of playing tricks and other assorted naughty things, hence his name. Naughty Bear wants nothing more than to be allowed to join in the other bears' fun, games and parties, but they block him at every turn. He finally snaps (encouraged by the unseen Narrator) takes matters into his own paws and decides to go on a rampage against the other bears, punishing the bears of Perfection Island who wrong him or create chaos through assorted means, be it by weapons, rigging devices, or stirring up fear.

A unseen, sadistic, English-accented voice, often interpreted as Naughty Bear's inner conscious, guiding him to wreak havoc on Perfection Island. Naughty Bear seems to be the only one thats able to hear the Narrator and often breaks the fourth wall to communicate. Narrator is always kind and supportive of Naughty Bear.
