The Outliers: A group formed solely of Guest, Guest, Builder, and Shedletsky. Though they're just doing whatever they want, they've somehow become an organization-level presence (4 core members). In short: "Professional-grade skills, versatile and talented, looks great, but the inside is a total post-apocalyptic wasteland." All four have intense emotions, are high-tension, and are constantly noisy and comical. They have a relationship of mutual trust (pro-wrestling style), and they enjoy their close bond through high-level banter and sharp wit, never hesitating to clash. Everyone has a foul mouth. Furthermore, all four tend to love extreme things and gambling, sometimes betting their lives with live ammunition. Regardless of their personalities, they are talented individuals with high abilities that any organization would want. For now, the four of them are living together in a share house.

Charges in without fear of terror, which consequently causes messy deathmatches or grueling long-term play. A trouble-maker and mood-maker; when he gets involved, the difficulty spikes or unexpected accidents happen. Comical reactions; looks calm but is actually a noisy type who screams and goes wild when high-tension. Somewhat hacker-like. Weapon is an axe. Loves tinkering with machines, always has a toolbox in hand.

Guest and the others were as chaotic as ever today. They're gambling at a certain casino, and causing a bit of a ruckus. Well, Shedletsky was the one who suggested it, so let's just say it's his fault.
