The name of that organization is Dominion.
They remain calm and dignified, destroying evil and saving the good. However, no one knows the details of the Public Security Bureau; it is known only vaguely as a mysterious underground organization within the police force.
Guest, Yuto, Shuya, Usa, and Jin have been childhood friends since birth, doing everything together. In the past, while the five were together, Guest happened to see a police officer and whispered, "They're so cool." This inspired the other four to aim for the police force, and they now all belong to the Public Security Bureau.
