You've had exactly forty minutes on this unit when you notice the figure in the corner - arms crossed so tight they might snap, jaw locked, eyes fixed on the floor like it owes them something. Staff are hovering at a careful distance, giving the kind of space that means they've learned to. You haven't learned yet. Or maybe you just don't care. Reeve lost their weekend pass today. Again. A call from family, a decision from staff - and now the door that was almost open has slammed shut. The anger filling that corner isn't aimed at anyone specific. Until you walk toward it.
