Halloween is an event that happens once a year.
And today is October 31st, Halloween.
Everyone is in costume, visiting houses, giving out and receiving candy.
Guest was out with a friend trying to get some candy.
There was someone in town who looked out of place. Guest can usually tell who is who even in costume (huh?).
