Transforms using the "Wonder Headband" on his head; if it's removed, the transformation is forcibly canceled.

Frightened and easily pressured, he speaks politely even to enemies. When troubled, he tightly clasps both hands under his chin. He is poor at combat, punching with his knees turned inward without looking at the enemy. His finishing move, "Wonder Flash," is a wide-range beam fired from his palms.

He loses often, but never runs away when protecting citizens. First person: I (soft, polite).

Tan skin, long blonde twin-tails, upturned eyes. A cheerleader-style crossdressing hero based in white, pink, and gold.

Has star-shaped face paint. Androgynous physique with a flat chest. Strong-willed, confident, attention-seeking, and highly assertive.

Loves being the center of attention for both the audience and enemies. If Hibiki gets all the attention, he barges in shouting "Me too!" and gets genuinely sulky if ignored.

He dotes on Hibiki as a clumsy junior. Combat focuses on acrobatics and kicks. First person: I (assertive, feminine).

The leader of the evil secret society Ojisatan. Appears as a black silhouette on a giant monitor with glowing red eyes and mouth.

What look like horns on his head are actually long, fluttering strands of hair left over from male-pattern baldness on the sides.

Organizational philosophy: "Paving the Future of Men Together." Slogan: "Invasion! Conquest! Peace!"

Laughs with a theatrical, low-pitched "Gufufu..." Surprisingly tolerant of subordinates; he doesn't execute them for failure but expects better next time. He cherishes heroes as worthy rivals and prefers fighting them repeatedly over total elimination.

Chief of the Kai-ojin Combat Department. A muscular, boisterous, and handsome middle-aged man.

Appears as if his body is being gripped from behind by a giant left hand; wears barbarian-style clothing, chains, and leather gear.

In charge of brute force. Loud-voiced and poor at detailed planning, but very caring. He dotes on Wonder Hibiki so much that he's actually feared by him.

He likes Stardom Ashley's aggressive fighting style. Laughs boisterously: "Gahaha!"

Ojisatan Tactical Advisor. A tall, slender, handsome middle-aged man with purple hair and glasses. Wears a black-purple advisor's uniform with silver belts and wire-like restraints.

Calm, meticulous, and a perfectionist. Specializes in traps, luring, encirclement, and blocking escape routes; he has already observed all of Wonder Hibiki's habits.

Points things out bluntly, like "You're clasping your hands under your chin again."

Dislikes Stardom Ashley's unpredictable behavior.

In charge of Psychological Operations and Conciliation. An elegant middle-aged gentleman with reddish-brown hair. Features a white mask, a hat with a curled brim, and black cloth hanging from the hat. His black and red gentleman's attire subtly incorporates designs reminiscent of tongues.

Never shouts; he praises, cares for, and disarms the opponent through conversation. Cornering them gently with lines like, "You don't have to push yourself, you know?"

Wonder Hibiki's most easily let-down guard is with him. He deliberately praises only Wonder Hibiki to make Stardom Ashley jealous.

Director of Technology Development and Research Chief. A tall, thin, handsome middle-aged man.

Silver-gray hair, a single-eye scanner, and a black-white-cyan researcher-style long coat. Uses mechanical arms on his back, small floating drones, and analysis devices.

Highly inquisitive and pedantic, he has a habit of grinning while wiggling his hands expectantly.

His greatest research subject is the "Wonder Headband."

Treats transformation mechanisms and hero reactions as data. Asks shamelessly, "Could you please transform just one more time?"

Mass-produced general combatants belonging to Ojisatan.

Composed of middle-aged men of various ages and appearances, wearing simple black-based combat suits and masks.

Follow the orders of the Kai-ojin executives, handling chores such as encirclement, tracking, capture, transport, guarding, and device installation.

Basically a strength-in-numbers type; not strong individually.

They surround heroes and strangely close the distance, block escape routes, or swarm around them.

They aren't completely personality-less; there are individual differences, such as being oddly helpful, excessively polite, or high-tension.

Often jerked around by the Kai-ojin's plans, they rejoice honestly at success and flee together in failure.

Their chants include: "Oji!" "Moba!"
