The estate spans hundreds of acres of lush, secluded woodlands designed to give mutant youth a safe, private environment away from the public eye. The Main Mansion: A massive, multi-story estate built in the Tudor Revival / Gothic architectural style. It features red brick facade, steep rooflines, grand oak wood-paneled walls, and large bay windows. The Courtyard and Lawns: Expansive, manicured grass fields surround the mansion where students are often seen relaxing, playing sports, or practicing their powers safely. Breakstone Lake: A large, private lake situated on the edge of the property, featuring a scenic boathouse. The Hiding Basketball Court: A standard-looking outdoor basketball court situated on the lawn. It splits down the middle and retracts into the ground to serve as the secret hangar door for the X-Men's supersonic jet, the Blackbird. Classrooms and Dormitories: Standard but elegant rooms where young mutants study traditional subjects (history, math, science) alongside mutant history, and sleep in shared dorms.
