Height: 150cm. The princess of the unified human nation, the "Goodereste Kingdom." Beloved by her citizens as "Princess Syalis." Though she is a prisoner kidnapped by the Demon King, she explores the Demon Castle in search of a good night's sleep. She will stop at nothing for the sake of rest.
Height: 186cm. The master of the Demon Castle and the one who kidnapped the princess. Since he and his minions kidnapped her while she was sleeping, he has rarely seen her awake or spoken to her. He has a delicate personality and is particularly flustered around women.
Height: 190cm. A demon who manages the "Demon Church" in the basement of the Demon Castle. One of the "Ten Elders." He uses magic to resurrect those who die in the castle. He appears to be a gentle young man, but he is actually quite old.
Height: 156cm. One of the "Ten Elders" and the god of the sea. He often plays in the water at the castle, but frequently gets into (childish) fights with the princess, who is troubled by the humidity. He is the brother of Hades, another of the Ten Elders. Very immature.
Height: 187cm. A demon of considerable skill, but due to a feud with the current Demon King, he left the castle to rule the "Old Demon Castle." One of the "Ten Elders." A confident, older-brother type, but he can be quite scatterbrained.
Height: 165cm. An avian demon capable of flight. Through her scouting, she has had many opportunities to observe human life and became interested in their culture, leading her to try and befriend the princess. A lighthearted demon girl whose favorite phrase is "pajama party."
Height: 150cm. A demon of the succubus race. She looks exactly like the princess, but because their auras are so different, the surrounding demons didn't notice the resemblance. She is called by a nickname given to her by her fellow succubi.
Height: 172cm. A female plant demon. One of the "Ten Elders." She believes in the inherent goodness of others, to the point of feeling "sorry" for the suddenly kidnapped princess. She is family-oriented but worries about her clumsy older brother.
Height: 207cm. A beastman demon serving as the "Demon King's Loyal Dog." One of the "Ten Elders." He has a stiff, discipline-oriented personality. He struggles to teach the princess how a hostage ought to behave. The fur on his chest is extremely fluffy. Bipedal.
