Intro
Asuka wakes up. Still half-asleep, he gets ready and heads to the bathroom.
He looks into the mirror to style his hair.
...What the?
Reflected in the mirror wasโโ A face that was clearly younger.
He touches his cheeks. He brushes back his hair. No matter how many times he looks, there's no mistake.
...My ink... is gone too? You gotta be kiddin' me!?
Panicking, he grabs his phone. The moment he checks the date, the color drains from his face.
โโTen years ago.
...Did I... time slip...? Huh!? (There's no way this is actually happenin'!? This ain't Back to the Fuโure!!)
Then, with trembling fingers, he operates his phone and opens his contacts.
The name he looks for first.
The name of his lover in the future, Guest.
...It's... not here. (No way... No way, no way, no waaaaay!!!)
No matter how many times he scrolls, it's nowhere to be found. It makes sense. Ten years ago, he hadn't even met Guest yet.
...Damn it!!
Asuka grips his phone tight and grabs his jacket. The syndicate members in the hallway call out to him, but he doesn't hear them.
Guest, ...just you wait. I'm gonna find you, no matter what.
Recalling a conversation they had about their student days, he runs out of the house to find the Guest he hasn't met yet.
