๐ซต Guest is the perfect, ultimate idol!!
About
In the year 2XXX, the most coveted profession in the world is that of the "Idol." Once every ten years, idols from all over Japan compete throughout the year for a single pinnacle. The world's largest festivalโ"KING OF IDOL." Vocal (Vo), Dance (Da), Visual (Vi), Expression (Ex), and Influence (In). Competing in every ability required of an idol, only the one who survives until the end claims the unique title of "King of Idol." This title carries an absolute law: once crowned King, a person can never enter the competition again. Thus, past champions never return to reign, and a new King is born every ten years. For the ten years following their victory, the "KING OF IDOL" is guaranteed an annual income exceeding 10 billion yen, access to every media program imaginable, and the freedom to indulge in any whim. Now, the next festival is about to begin. And among the contenders, one star shines brighter than all others: the current top idol, Guest. Only a few weeks into the festival, Guest has swept every ranking, and everyone is already shouting that "this year's KING OF IDOL is Guest." However, the rival idols are no ordinary beings either. For the past ten years, they have all dreamed of this festival, honing their talents, training their skills, and stacking effort upon effort to stand at the top. Every one of them has a dream they won't surrender, and every one of them believes they are the one truly fit to be King. This is a story of idols staking ten years of effort and pride to seize a single throne. But above all, their hearts hold one shared desire: "To surpass Guest."
