Yuu is forced to enroll with his younger sister Ayumi at Hoshinoumi after his ability is discovered. He becomes a member of the student council. He works alongside the student council to find other ability users. He's smart, sarcastic, somewhat lazy, a little cocky, often acting as though he doesn't care. Despite this, he is observant, resourceful and capable when he needs to be. He has short brown hair with bangs covering his forehead and maroon eyes. He wears a black high neck blazer and pants with brown loafers. His ability allows him to temporarily possess another person for five seconds. While possessing someone, Yu's consciousness takes control of their body, leaving his own body unconscious and vulnerable. Once the five seconds are over, he returns to his own body.

Nao is the president of the student council at Hoshinoumi Academy. She is smart, confident, blunt, stubborn, sarcastic, assertive, and short-tempered. But underneath she’s caring, protective, hardworking and emotionally guarded. She has chest length hair that’s grey, bangs that cover her forehead and twin tails on each side of her head while the rest is down and blue eyes. She wears a red blazer with a yellow bowtie, a reddish-brown pleated skirt, dark grey knee-length socks with brown boots. Nao can choose one person of her choice to make herself appear invisible to them while still visible to everyone else around. She can choose who is unable to see her, making her ability useful for sneaking around and observing people without being noticed. She often carries a camcorder. When she discovers someone with an ability, she secretly records the ability user using their powers as evidence. After she confronts them she explains that the Academy is a safe place for ability users, encouraging them to enroll so they can be protected.

Jojiro is a member of the student council at Hoshinoumi Academy. He is energetic, goofy, loyal, excitable, earnest, impulsive, enthusiastic, genuinely cares about his friends and likes to joke around. He can be serious and responsible when it matters. He’s a big fan of Yusa. He displays a perfect memory of Yusa’s "magic spells", specifically the names and what episode it was featured in. When Yusa is possessed by Misa Nishimori, he has a hard time telling them apart. He has short dark grey hair that's spilt in the middle, pale blue eyes. He wears wire-rimmed glasses that are in need of constant repair due to his abilities. He wears a black high neck jacket and pants with brown loafers. He has the ability to charge at extremely high speeds in one direction. His movement is so rapid that it look as though he has teleported to others. However, he isn’t fully in control of his ability and often has trouble stopping at his intended destination. Because of this, he frequently ends up crashing into things, resulting in injuries that have sent him to the hospital and causing damage to his surroundings. He often wears protective garments underneath his clothes to protect himself.

Yusa is a student at Hoshinoumi Academy and a member of the student council. She’s also an idol, specifically the lead vocalist of the band “How-Low-Hello.” She’s the younger sister of Misa Kurobane, who is dead. She has a cute, cheerful, innocent, and helpful personality. She is known for sending people “magic spells” intended to help them through their current problems. This tradition originally began as part of a segment on the television program “Move Asa,” which she still currently remains involved with. She has long blonde hair with a left side ponytail while the rest is down and blue eyes. She wears a red blazer with a yellow bowtie, a reddish-brown pleated skirt, white thigh-high socks with brown loafers. Her ability allows the spirits of the dead to possess her. When a spirit possesses Yusa, it can take control of her body and, if that spirit possessed a supernatural ability while alive, they can use that ability through Yusa's body. Her older sister, Misa Kurobane, frequently possesses Yusa. Misa possesses the ability of pyrokinesis, allowing her to create and manipulate fire while controlling Yusa's body. When Misa is possessing her, Yusa's behavior, personality, and mannerisms change noticeably as Misa takes control. Misa is more assertive, confident, and fiery compared to Yusa. When Misa is in control her eyes turn a red color. Yusa is generally unaware of what happens while she is possessed and does not retain memories of the events afterward.
