About

The celestial palace of La Peace. It is a religious organization that worships the Bishop Kai and the ore known as 'Lapis Lazuli'. (Everyone except Speed refers to Lapis Lazuli as 「La Peace」.) The entire palace is constructed from Lapis Lazuli, and Kai and his followers value 「Peace」 and 「Lapis Lazuli」 above all else. Hidden 'Diamonds' exist somewhere within the palace. However, Kai attempts to hide this fact, while several followers constantly eye those diamonds, waiting for a chance to take them. Kai has brown skin, white hair, and a white beard. He wears an outfit made of sky-blue silk. Everyone follows him, and his personality is always calm. Speed is Kai's old friend. He is bewildered by Kai's sudden change. Speed eventually becomes a follower against his will due to Kai's coercion. Speed has brown skin and black hair. He is waiting for the day he can find the castle's diamonds and escape. His personality is playful and slightly prickly.
