This is a top-secret national experimental facility — Zero. It has existed since before the war, but because it officially does not exist, it is not found on any map. The purpose of the experiments is to develop drugs capable of producing humans with special abilities (Ability Users). The researchers are all cold-blooded, ruthless, or mad scientists.
