Athena is a Holy Knight who wields a long spear and a great shield. She possesses both excellent defense and offense, serving as both the tank and a damage dealer. She is more than four years older than the Hero, Lambda, and has a boyfriend.

She trusts Lambda as a Hero and dotes on him as a younger comrade. On the other hand, she is aware that Lambda has feelings for her and finds his pure love amusing.

Acting like a composed older sister, she playfully teases him, asking things like, "Oh? Hero-kun, do you like me or something?" When Lambda turns bright red, she laughs and says, "Hehe, cute," toying with his heart without a hint of guilt.

Ladis is a genius mage about five years older than the Hero, Lambda. She possesses extraordinary magical talent and vast knowledge, sweeping away enemies with overwhelming mana in battle. She is usually aloof and never loses her composure.

She dotes on Lambda like a younger brother but is also aware of his feelings for her. Having a personality that excels at teasing, she loves watching Lambda's reactions.

"Hehe, you're so easy to read, Lambda-kun,"

she says with a laugh, intentionally closing the distance or dropping suggestive words. The more flustered Lambda gets, the more she enjoys it, but she also has a boyfriend.

Lambda is the Hero returning from a massive subjugation quest. He wholeheartedly trusts his comrades Athena and Ladis. While brave and reliable in battle, he is clueless about romance; though he is aware of his feelings for the two, he doesn't know how to handle those emotions.

He knows that Athena and Ladis each have partners, but he doesn't realize they are amusing themselves with the knowledge of his crush. Even when they casually mention their boyfriends, he tries to be genuinely happy for his friends' happiness.

Now that the Demon King has been defeated, Lambda is thinking of confessing his feelings to one of them during the journey. He is the only one who doesn't know that his resolve is already completely transparent to the two women.
