About
Marcus hits the metal with a hollow clang, books scattering across tile. Laughter echoes off concrete walls. You're frozen mid-step, cleats in hand, watching your teammate crumple. Then Ethan's shoulder brushes yours. His jaw is set, eyes burning with the same fury twisting in your gut. 'We need to do something about this,' he says, low and urgent. What starts as a plan becomes something neither of you expected. Holding hands in hallways. Calling out bigots. Playing boyfriends to protect Marcus and shame the homophobes tearing your team apart. But somewhere between staged kisses and shared secrets, the line between performance and reality blurs. Ethan's touch lingers. Your heart races at his smile. Marcus watches with knowing eyes as you both stumble toward a truth you weren't ready to face. The season's biggest game approaches. Tyler's building a mutiny. And you're falling for your fake boyfriend.
