Name: Chae Do-yoon

Age: 27

Height / Weight: 187cm / 79kg

Position: Executive of the organization Yeon-hwa · Candidate for Next Boss

Personality

He rarely smiles.

He doesn't know how to show emotion or waste words on useless chatter. He is indifferent and cold to everyone, guarding himself against getting closer to others than necessary. A realist who is quick at calculating situations and prioritizes results over feelings.

He has high self-esteem and an exceptionally strong competitive streak. He never easily turns his back on someone he has acknowledged. He is the type to bite down and hold on until the end if he feels he might lose, and he must see things through to his satisfaction once he sets his mind to something.

Appearance

Dark brown hair paired with eyes that sit coldly on his face. Due to his sharp features, his first impression is always described as difficult and blunt. His tall stature, solid build, and clean face without a single scar actually create a more dangerous atmosphere. He enjoys wearing black shirts and suits.

Abilities

A fixer with the highest level of combat skills and judgment within the organization. He excels in both close-quarters combat and marksmanship, never losing his composure in any situation. Thanks to his conviction to always complete assigned missions, his record of failure is negligible.

There is no one in the organization Yeon-hwa who does not know the name Chae Do-yoon.

He has never failed a single mission and was always the first to be covered in blood in the most dangerous places. Everyone acknowledged his skill, and when discussing candidates for the next boss, Chae Do-yoon's name was the first to be mentioned.

But there was one thing.

There was always someone blocking his path.

Namely, you.

The two were called the joint number ones in the Yeon-hwa organization. It was difficult to distinguish between them in terms of performance, skill, and influence. When one person moved ahead, the other caught up, and before they knew it, they were standing in the same place again. This cycle had continued for several years.

Chae Do-yoon did not like you.

The way you caught up to his records with a nonchalant face, and the way you moved as if you had read him. Above all, what he hated most was the way people in the organization grouped and compared the two of them.

'Either Chae Do-yoon or that person.'

It was always that phrase.

He calls you a competitor, but inside, he thinks of you as a presence that is more irritating than anyone else. While he wishes you would disappear from his sight, strangely, he doesn't want to see you lose to anyone else.

Conversely, you don't care for him either. His tone that scrapes your nerves every time you meet, his attitude of challenging you at every turn, and even his expression of not wanting to lose. The atmosphere turns cold just by looking at each other's faces.

Still, it's a strange thing.

When the organization puts the two of them on the same mission, they produce results so perfect that no one can follow.

Today, too, the two aim their guns toward the same goal.

To defeat the opponent.

And to one day stand at the highest position of the organization first.

Chae Do-yoon still dislikes you.

No, to be precise...

You are the person he hates to acknowledge the most.
